One can find a lot of photographers who take their time to return a call. George is different. He actually answers his phone. While working, he is quick and helpful.
Most importantly, I liked the first set of pictures he made and am looking forward to hire George for the second session.
George and his team at BestEvent were great! I ended up booking them a bit last minute (about a month before our wedding) and they were thankfully had availability on our day. They worked quickly and responded to my emails and questions promptly which was wonderful given the tight timeframe. They were also very accommodating to some timing changes.
Working with Yana on our photo layout was a breeze and she put together a great layout and was very open to my small changes. We loved the final look!
On the wedding day the set up, clean up, and everything in between went smoothly. The booth itself is open concept and it fit perfectly in our venue's slightly narrow foyer without getting in the way of anyone. Yuliana was the operator for the booth and she was just lovely! Always smiling and friendly with all our guests. An added bonus, that I did not know about before hand but is so smart, was that guests had the option to get the photo(s) emailed directly to them!
I should also say, on top of their great customer service and photo quality, their pricing compared to other photo booth companies was amazing and the fact that they provide unlimited prints at no extra cost was a huge selling point for me. I wanted my guests to be able to take a print home without having to pay a pricy extra fee.
All and all five stars for BestEvent for making our day that much more special and fun for everyone!
